ACHIEVING MORE ON YOUR OWN: life academy
Strengthen your most important resource: your employees. With customized qualification training, we make your employees fit for the perfect operation of SW machines and automation solutions.
We want your employees to be able to operate, program and maintain the SW machine optimally, right from the start. At our training centers in Waldmössingen, Suzhou, and New Hudson, as well as at customer-sites, our experienced trainers impart all the skills you need for this in a practice-oriented manner. In addition to the basic training courses, we offer various special courses in which expert knowledge is deepened for independent and efficient work.
Turn your employees into experts who increase productivity and availability on your shop floor.
Only those who know all the levers for maximum productivity can operate them. Our trainers also teach operators with no prior knowledge everything they need for safe and highly efficient operation – from preparation to machine sequences to eliminating simple errors.
Carry out maintenance work yourself, detect simple faults and remedy them immediately. In this way, you increase availability and reduce operating costs. Our maintenance training sessions teach your maintenance and repair specialists everything they need to properly maintain and quickly troubleshoot in order to keep your manufacturing running smoothly.
Smaller batch sizes, more frequent changeovers to other components: With programming training units, your employees quickly adapt the CNC machining centres and automation solutions to new challenges. They are able to adapt CNC part programmes and create new CNC programmes as well as incorporate probes and optional monitoring units.
