As Technology People, we equip CNC machining centers of certain sizes ex works with integrated automation to create self-sufficient production cells and supply them to you as a plug & run solution, ready for installation.
The loading module with 6-axis robot and vertical pallet storage for raw and finished parts offer you immediately usable productivity benefits such as

Example needle holder:
There is space for six blank panels on a pallet. One blank plate is used to produce one plug-in part and one box part. This results in a storage capacity of 144 raw part plates for 144 needle holders. With a cycle time of 9 minutes per needle holder, this results in a running time of 21.6 hours.
