SHORT DESCRIPTION
The aim of the training is to impart the necessary knowledge and skills for safe handling of the TOOLINSPECT tool monitoring system. After an introduction to the basics of monitoring, the creation of CNC programs with the tool monitoring TOOLINSPECT will be covered. This also includes the analysis, detection and assessment of process differences with the aim of optimizing the process. The acquired knowledge will be deepened by practical exercises on a SW machine.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
After successful completion of the training unit, the participant will be able to ensure error-free monitoring of tools in SW machines by the TOOLINSPECT system by
