PR-WT Tool monitoring TOOLINSPECT
SHORT DESCRIPTION
The objective of this training is to provide the necessary knowledge and skills for the safety handling of the TOOLINSPECT tool monitoring system. After an introduction to the basics of monitoring, the creation of CNC programs with the TOOLINSPECT tool monitoring will be covered. This also includes the analysis, recognition and evaluation of process differences with the objective of process optimization. The acquired knowledge will be deepened by practical exercises on an SW machine.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
After successful completion of this course, the participant will be able to ensure error-free monitoring of the tools in SW machines using TOOLINSPECT system by:
