Change the manufacturing world? That is concretely possible and incredibly motivating. Trainees and students at SW know this: Schwäbische Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH is the world market leader for multi-spindle machining centers. However, we are not only a machine manufacturer, but above all a system supplier including automation and digitization solutions – and thus offer perfect conditions for trainees and students.

32 new trainees and students
On 01st September 2022, 32 young people started their professional lives at SW. These included 12 mechatronics technicians, one electronics technician, 10 industrial mechanics, one study plus student, four industrial clerks, two MATSE and two DHBW students. The new Technology People spent their first three working days together in Breisach. There, various workshops and team-building activities were on the agenda before the training content got underway the following week at the training center.
