
Schramberg-Waldmössingen, July 22, 2026. Chief Financial Officer Kai Pieronczyk is leaving Schwäbische Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH (SW) at the end of the second quarter. At the same time, Dr. Wolfram Lohse will join the executive board as CTO/COO.
The Chief Financial Officer’s departure is by mutual agreement.“Within the corporate group, Mr. Pieronczyk has made a valuable contribution to the company’s further development. We would like to express our gratitude to him for his dedication and the trusting collaboration and we wish him all the best for his personal and professional future,” says Stefan Weber, CEO of Schwäbische Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH.
At the same time, Dr. Wolfram Lohse, currently Vice President of Machines, will join the executive board and assume the role of CTO/COO.
The executive board of Schwäbische Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH will thus continue to consist of a three-member committee: Stefan Weber (CEO), Dr. Wolfram Lohse (CTO/COO), and Dr. Daniel Rieser (CSO).
