K-FW Components of SW Machines: Function and Maintenance
SHORT DESCRIPTION
The objective of this course is to understand the assembly groups of an SW machine as well as to gain the skills to perform the associated basic functional test measures correctly. After an introduction to the design of the assemblies and to the operating procedures required for maintenance, the participants will learn the basic function test works and the solutions of simple faults in all assemblies. Finally, the course will end with an explanation of the SW Service Hotline and the SW Online Services.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon the successful completion of this course, the participant will be able to ensure the availability of the SW machine by
| Running failure diagnosis measures,
| Successfully executing basic functional tests and handling of simple faults,
| Cooperating efficiently with the SW Service Hotline.

Prerequisites
| Qualification as industrial mechanic, industrial electronics technician, mechatronic technician, or a related qualification
| Basic knowledge of CNC machine tools
