IH-I Maintenance of SW machines
SHORT DESCRIPTION
The objective of the training is to become familiar with the modules of SW machines and the corresponding maintenance measures. After an introduction into the layout of the machines and the operating processes required for maintenance, participants will become familiar with the maintenance tasks for all modules. This includes repairs, replacement, and startup for essential machine components.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
After the training unit has been successfully completed, the participant will be capable of improving the availability of the SW machine by
| carrying out the required measures for error diagnostics,
| successfully completing repair tasks,
| working together efficiently with the SW Service Hotline.
Target group
Maintenance engineers
Preconditions
| Training as an industrial mechanic, industrial electrician, mechanics engineer or comparable professional experience
| Professional experience with CNC machine tools
Overview of contents
| Safety requirements and accident prevention notices
| Basic operation of the machine in relation to maintenance
| Maintenance of modules and components of SW machines
| Startup of essential machine components after replacement
| Presentation and use of SW Online Services

1) 5 days – course in a language other than German, with interpreter or at customer request.
