On May 16, SW held a trainee parents’ evening for all trainees and students who will begin their training or studies on September 1.
Mr. Reiner Fries, Managing Director Sales of SW, welcomed the total of 27 future apprentices, three DH students and one Studium-Plus student as well as their companions and introduced their future training company to the young talents. This was followed by a tour of the training workshop, the assembly halls and the technology center.
During a scavenger hunt through the halls, the current and future trainees were able to get to know each other and demonstrate their team spirit.
After the award ceremony of the scavenger hunt, personnel officer Dirk Christen handed over the IHK certificate of registration of the training contract and informed about the procedure for the start of training on September 1. At the final buffet with pretzels, sandwiches and cool drinks, the new SW employees were also able to talk to the managing director and the training managers in a relaxed atmosphere.
