In this training, participants acquire comprehensive knowledge for the safe programming and operation of the touch probe on SW machining centers.
After an introduction to the design and functionality of the touch probe, the
programming of measurement functions within the Siemens Solution Line control system is taught and applied in practice.
Participants learn how to create measurement programs, evaluate measure-ment results and optimize programs accordingly.
The acquired knowledge is reinforced through practical exercises on the SW machining center.
Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be able to
operate the touch probe safely and reliably,
program the required measurement functions,
correctly evaluate measurement data.
