In this training, participants acquire fundamental knowledge for the safe and intended operation of SW machining centers.
After an introduction to the structure and operation of the machine, participants learn how to prepare and start production processes, identify simple faults and respond appropriately.
In addition, participants receive an overview of basic maintenance tasks that can be performed easily.
The focus is on safe machine operation, stable production processes and correct behavior in fault situations.
Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be able to
operate SW machining centers correctly via the operator panel,
perform basic settings on the control system,
recognize error messages and respond appropriately,
ensure safe and stable production operation.
