Handling and Optimization of Rotary Axes
• Course Duration:
4 Days
• Max.
4 Participants
• Languages:
Deutsch, Englisch, Türkisch, Französisch
In this training course, participants acquire advanced knowledge of torque rotary axes used in SW machining centers and learn how to optimize them and recommission them professionally.
After a compact refresher on the design and functional principles of torque rotary axes, the focus is placed on diagnostics, mechanical and electrical fine adjustment, and performance optimization.
The objective is to sustainably improve positioning accuracy, surface quality, and dynamic behavior while ensuring stable, long-term machine availability.
Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be able to
analyze the functional behavior of torque rotary axes,
evaluate mechanical and control-related influences on axis performance,
specifically optimize reference values, clamping behavior, and axis parameters,
professionally commission torque rotary axes after maintenance or compo-nent replacement,
sustainably increase accuracy, repeatability, and operational reliability.
