Advanced Maintenance of the SW Loading Module
• Course Duration:
4 Days
• Max.
4 Participants
• Languages:
Deutsch, Englisch, Türkisch, Französisch
In this training course, participants acquire in-depth knowledge for the safe and efficient operation of the loading module of SW machines.
After an introduction to the structure and functions, they learn how to operate the robot and the workpiece magazine — including moving to defined positions and safely retracting after program interruptions.
Required maintenance tasks on the loading module and the robot are taught in a practical manner and performed directly on a training cell as well as on an SW machine.
The focus is on safe handling, fault diagnosis, and understanding and optimizing the automated process sequence.
Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be able to
operate the loading module safely and without errors
safely retract the robot after faults or program interruptions
perform diagnostic steps to identify malfunctions
carry out maintenance tasks correctly according to the maintenance plan
understand and optimize the automation program sequence
handle the robot safely in case of malfunctions and correctly return the automation to automatic mode
Operators, maintenance and service personnel
Training as an industrial mechanic, industrial electronics technician, mechatronics technician or equivalent professional experience
Prior knowledge of CNC machine tools
