The BA 322i is designed to function as an independent manufacturing cell that can store enough workpieces for an entire shift.

This twin-spindle horizontal machining center doubles output while using less floorspace and less energy.

The integrated 6-axis robot utilizes the vertical workpiece storage tower to load and unload workpieces in parallel to machining time thanks to the double swivel carrier. The monoblock and box-in-box design are proven SW standards, providing more stability and precision.

This plug & play solution is perfect for the machining of impellers, brake calipers, scroll compressors, ABS valve bodies, gun slides, and more.

BA W02-22

Multi-spindle machining centers like the BA W02-22 offer a quick and flexible response to the increased production demands of the automotive, EV and medtech industries. The BA W02-22’s fast linear drive technology consistently optimizes for maximum dynamics and allows the shortest chip-to-chip times, thus corresponding with very high productivity. This dual-table, two spindle horizontal machining center uses a double-swivel carrier that allows for loading and unloading in parallel to machining time, further boosting production. Factor in other multi-spindle advantages such as reduced energy consumption and floor space savings over multiple single-spindle machines and the benefits are outstanding. Workpieces produced on the BA W02-22 include knee joints for the medical industry, but also impellers and the scroll compressors.
