K-BM Loading module – basic principles, operation and maintenance
SHORT DESCRIPTION
The goal of the training is to teach participants to work safely and efficiently with the loading module of the SW machine. After an introduction to the layout and basic functions of the loading module, participants will become familiar with the operation of the robot and workpiece magazine. This also includes moving the robot to defined positions. Finally, participants will learn the required maintenance tasks for the loading module and robot. Participants will consolidate their knowledge through practical exercises on a SW machine with loading module.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
After successful completion of the training, participants will be capable of improving the availability of the SW machine by
| operating the loading module without errors,
| carrying out the necessary measures for error diagnostics,
| carrying out the maintenance measures on the loading module and robot according to the maintenance plan.

Prerequisites
| Training as an industrial mechanic, industrial electrician, mechatronics engineer or comparable professional experience
| Prior experience with CNC machine tools
