Automated clamping device
Sfix-System
Discover the new Sfix-System (Smart Fixture), which automates customized clamping technology. With Sfix, a single investment gives you virtually unlimited clamping technology options. The innovative, modular system allows you to create the right clamping device for every product series—particularly economical for medium and small series!
In the Sfix-cell, we show you how you can assemble customized clamping devices fully automatically in no time at all. The cell is equipped with all the necessary clamping elements and workpiece carriers, as well as a robot.
FOR STRUCTURAL AND CHASSIS COMPONENTS
Rapid innovation: BF 12‑21D
The twin-spindle BF 12-21D is specially designed for the rapid machining of frame and structural components and is ideal for aluminum die-cast parts for vehicle bodies, among other things.
With a hybrid drive design, two three-axis units, and one spindle per working area, the BF 12-21D can replace two conventional single-spindle machines—with a smaller footprint and higher output.
HIGH-SPEED PRODUCTIVITY
BA 442 and the innovative “S-cell” – you can’t get more output per floor space.
As one of the most effective and sustainable machines, the BA 442 leaves nothing to be desired in terms of productivity:
- 4 spindles
- Exceptional energy efficiency
- Significantly less floor space required
- Patented monoblock design (maximum stability and accuracy)
- Tool magazine with up to 232 tools
Live on site, it will machine a hydraulic valve on one side of the table and demonstrate free-form surface milling with 5-axis simultaneous machining on the other side of the table. In conjunction with the BA 442, the innovative “S-cell” will be presented: a flexible robot cell for loading multiple machines.
