Advanced Maintenance of SW Machines
• Course Duration:
4 Days
• Max.
6 Participants
• Languages:
Deutsch, Englisch, Türkisch, Französisch
In this training course, participants deepen their knowledge of the assemblies used in SW machining centers and gain hands-on experience with advanced maintenance procedures.
After a compact refresher on machine structure and operation, the focus shifts to targeted maintenance, repair and component replacement tasks.
The objective is to maximize machine availability, increase response speed, and improve independence in daily operations resulting in higher efficiency, reduced downtime, and measurable added value in production.
Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be able to
specifically increase the availability of their SW machine
perform advanced diagnostic procedures
execute repair and maintenance tasks independently and professionally
collaborate efficiently with the SW Service Hotline
Maintenance technicians
