In this training, participants deepen their knowledge of advanced SINUMERIK control functions as well as advanced CNC programming.
The focus is on the frame concept, CYCLE800 in G-code, TRAORI and tool ra-
dius compensation in mold making, as well as CYCLE832, Advanced Surface, and Top Surface.
The acquired knowledge is reinforced through practical exercises on the SW machining center.

Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be able to

  • To create or modify part programs using CYCLE800 and CYCLE832.

  • Successful participation in “PR-1 – Fundamentals of CNC Programming of SW Machines”

  • Successful participation in “PR-2 – Advanced CNC Programming of SW Machines”

  • or comparable programming experience on SW machining centers

About the Training

This training course provides hands-on instruction in the use of CYCLE800 and CYCLE832 for 5-axis machining on SW machining centers. Through practical programming exercises, participants deepen their knowledge of swivel machining, transformations, and the optimization of machining processes. The exercises are conducted directly on the training machine, enabling participants to confidently apply what they have learned to their daily programming practice.
