The “life academy” trainers Jan K\u00f6ppen, Sinan G\u00fcler and Nico E\u00dfer are from now on certified trainers with the distinction “vermit\u00ae certified trainer”.<\/h2>\n
vermit\u00ae is a network of academy managers, trainers and other employees working in corporate training. The member companies, most of which are based in Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg, include companies such as Bosch, DMG Mori, Festo, Heidenhain, K\u00e4rcher, Krones, Trumpf, ZF Lenksysteme and, as of this year, SW. In preparation for certification as “vermit\u00ae certified trainers”, the three SW trainers took part in various training modules. These ranged from rhetoric to technology didactics and e-learning to intercultural teaching skills.<\/p>\n
In the final exam, they had to pass a teaching test, among other things. This consisted of a webinar. Each examinee presented a short online training live. Jan K\u00f6ppen, Sinan G\u00fcler and Nico E\u00dfer received their certificates at the vermit\u00ae trainer meeting at the fischer Academy in Waldachtal.<\/p>\n
The training to become a certified trainer is an important step in the further development of the life academy. With the certification program, we ensure that our trainers are fully fit today and in the future.<\/p>\n
