Schramberg-Waldm\u00f6ssingen, July 22, 2026. Chief Financial Officer Kai Pieronczyk is leaving Schw\u00e4bische Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH (SW) at the end of the second quarter. At the same time, Dr. Wolfram Lohse will join the executive board as CTO\/COO.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Chief Financial Officer\u2019s departure is by mutual agreement.\u201cWithin the corporate group, Mr. Pieronczyk has made a valuable contribution to the company\u2019s further development. We would like to express our gratitude to him for his dedication and the trusting collaboration and we wish him all the best for his personal and professional future,\u201d says Stefan Weber, CEO of Schw\u00e4bische Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH.<\/p>\n

At the same time, Dr. Wolfram Lohse, currently Vice President of Machines, will join the executive board and assume the role of CTO\/COO.<\/p>\n
